Sparkus program configuration
Welcome to the Sparkus configuration docs. These pages explain how a leadership-development program is set up and run in Sparkus — written for the people who configure programs, and for the AI assistants they ask for help.
Sparkus is deliberately flexible: a program can be a coaching engagement, a mentoring cohort, a 360-feedback cycle, or a reverse-mentoring initiative, and each is assembled from the same building blocks. That flexibility is powerful, but it means there are a lot of settings — and it isn’t always obvious where a given setting lives. These docs are built to answer three questions:
- How is a program put together? See the orientation map.
- Where do I configure X, and which version am I looking at? The orientation map’s “where does it live” section is the fastest route.
- Why isn’t my program behaving as expected? The diagnostics section (coming next) walks the most common “why is nobody getting matched?”-style situations from symptom to cause to fix.
These docs describe how the product is meant to work, in plain language. They are public and intentionally readable by search engines and AI assistants.
